A 30 minute consultation determines if an appraisal is needed, cost is $90. Our hourly fee is $200, with a 3 hour minimum for a full appraisal.

Estate planning or distribution 

Whether you are in the process of estate planning or seeking equitable distribution of an estate, knowing the value of the estate is critical for all parties involved. We provide professional, unbiased valuations based on solid market research.

Insurance 

When you make a significant investment in fine art, antiques or collectables, you want to make sure that your valuables are insured for their full value. Insurance agents usually require an appraisal to determine the value for a policy. Furthermore, an appraisal will provide full documentation of your valuables in case of theft, loss or damage.

​Non-cash Charitable Donations

​Would you like to support your favorite non-profit by donating artwork, antiques or items that are of specific interest to their membership? Or are you part of an organization that receives non-cash contributions? In either case, the donation may be tax deductible and require an appraisal. All our appraisal reports are written in compliance with USPAP and recognized by the IRS as completed by a qualified appraiser.

We Provide  Knowledge-based Appraisal Reports

A full appraisal involves documentation, research, market analysis and valuation. In some cases, an appraisal report is necessary for tax purposes or to accurately establish a value for sufficient insurance coverage. Work performed for an appraisal report is billed on an hourly basis and has no correlation to the value of what is being appraised. ​
