We understand that life is busy and getting an appraisal can be a sensitive situation. We will work with you to make sure you receive helpful information and have a positive experience. A full appraisal involves documentation, research, market analysis and valuation. In some cases, an appraisal report is necessary for tax purposes or to accurately establish a value for sufficient insurance coverage. Work performed for an appraisal report is billed on an hourly basis and has no correlation to the value of what is being appraised. ​
